NMN Reduced Cellular Aging by Improving Mitochondrial Function in Immune Cells

This study evaluated the effects of intraperitoneal (i.p.) injections of NMN on induced cellular aging, inflammation, mitochondrial function, and survival in mice.

“It’s common knowledge that NAD+ levels decrease with age. In our experiment, we treated [mice] with NMN, resulting in stable weight gain...and longer survival periods compared to the untreated group.”

The researchers studied how NMN impacts cellular senescence, a process where cells undergo aging and stop dividing, which is often triggered by abnormal growths.

“The NAD+-centered mammalian aging theory suggests that NAD+ levels determine the rate and extent of aging.”

They found that the NAD+ levels in immune cells of mice with growths decreased, but were restored when treated with NMN. This improvement was associated with:

  • Reduced cell aging (senescence)

  • Less inflammation

  • Enhanced mitochondrial function

NMNs: Boost your NAD+ on Easy Mode

Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) supports the production of NAD+, a molecule vital for cellular energy, DNA repair, and overall longevity. By supplementing with NMN, you're giving your cells the tools they need to thrive.

NMNs are designed to be taken sublingually, promoting NMN absorption directly into your bloodstream, maximizing its effectiveness and ensuring you get the most out of every dose.

Lightly sweetened with Monk Fruit and a hint of citrus flavor, NMNs are the most convenient way to protect your NAD+ levels against age-related decline. Keep them on your desk, in your car, or in your bag to have them on hand any time you want a boost.

What is the best ways to take the Total NAD+ Restoration Protocol?

Customer Question

I just finally ordered my nad+ restoration protocol bundle with nmn sublingual powder as well.
Do any of these break a fast? And what is the best order to take them for optimal quality?
