My order won’t go through or process. Why can’t I place an order?
It may help to clear the cache on your browser to ensure your computer is not storing the error and thus causing it to repeat each time. You may also try switching to a completely different browser to see if the problem is alleviated.
How long does shipping take? What are the transit times?
Domestic shipments within Australia are subject to Australia Post network delivery standards. Standard eParcel services take around 2-8 business days, and Express Post takes 1-4 business days. International shipments take roughly 6-18 business days to be delivered. Keep in mind international packages are subject to delays due to customs procedures, fees and taxes that are the responsibility of the consignee.
Are customs and duties included in my shipping cost?
International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout.Â
Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF or Tax ID.Â
Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier and must be paid by the order recipient. Your order may be subject import duties, taxes or customs fees and it is the customer’s responsibility to be informed about them. Fees and taxes are unique to each country and the customer is responsible for paying any fees or taxes due.Â
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.Â
Occasionally customs can take an extended period of time to review and release an order for delivery. RENUE BY SCIENCE has no control or influence over these delays. Additionally, customs may also determine that an order/product shall not be allowed into the country and will instead return the order to our fulfillment center. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand their local import laws and which products do and do not comply with those laws.
RENUE BY SCIENCE is not responsible for any cost incurred by the customer for orders rejected by the local customs office.
